Account & Data Deletion — Win Words

Effective Date: July 5, 2026

You can delete your Win Words account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what may be retained.

1. Delete Your Account In-App

Open the Win Words app and sign in. Go to Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. Confirm your password, and your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can’t access the app, email iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Delete my account” so we can verify your identity and process the request.

3. What Is Deleted

We permanently remove your profile (name, username, email, photo, bio), your posts, messages and direct messages, voice notes, club memberships, followers/following relationships, likes, XP, coins and badges.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded, transferred or restored once your account is deleted.

4. What May Be Retained

For legal and safety reasons we may retain: purchase/transaction records required by tax law; records needed for lawful requests or fraud investigations; and fully anonymised, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.

5. Timeline

Deletion completes within 30 days across our databases and media hosts, with backups purged on their normal rotation cycle.
